All items are packed in single-face paper + foam wrap and tied securely with raffia strings. Box packaging is available upon request with additional fees paid by the buyer.
Claims are accepted within 1 month of container arrival at destination. Guarantee applies to unusable products after attempted repair.
All claims must be supported by clear photos and explanation. No coverage for shipping, re-stocking, or other indirect costs.
Place orders via email, phone, or a visit to our workshop. Sample requests are welcome — buyer covers sample & shipping cost.
📦 International shipping has a minimum volume of 2 CBM.
Retail orders accepted. FCL (Full Container Load) has no item minimums.
